When preparing a meal that has potatoes, do this for a change;
- Before peeling your potato, wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Peel as normal.
- Deep fry or bake the skins to a crisp.
- To bake, glaze the skins with olive oil and bake at 170°C. Keep checking on them so that they don’t charr.
- Season the crisp peels with sugar, salt and pepper.
A quick, healthy snack that everyone in the house will enjoy.
